Temporary Closing of Leeward Public Health Nursing (PHN) TB Clinic

Temporary Closing of Leeward Public Health Nursing (PHN) TB Clinic located at the Waipahu Civic Center (94-275 Mokuola St., Rm. 101) will temporarily close between May 1 and September 10, 2017.
  • Office renovations will occur during this time.
  • During this time, PHNB will be referring the public to other nearby clinics. However, we will accommodate residents who are Developmental Disability Division clients, Adult Residential Care Home Clients, and Department of Human Services adult foster care clients that reside in a care home. We will hold monthly clinics on a Tuesday with return for reading on a Thursday. You can view and download a copy of the specific dates here.
  • Please share this information with your clients and care home operators. If they are unable to attend on the dates listed above, they may attend any of the open TB clinics. A schedule of open TB clinics is a part of the attachment.

Change For Autism Resource Fair

  • Let’s make a difference for families touched by Autism by attending this event. Get up close and learn more about providers that can help your families while enjoying food, drinks and prizes. Hear from resources in Hawaii like: HMSA, Autism Society of Hawaii, Speech Pathologist Lauren Eudoxie, Infant Swimming Resource, Dr. Jeffrey Okamoto, Rodan & Fields Consultant Miya Brouwer, Jennifer Okamoto Fine Portraits, Heart to Heart Parent Consulting, Pediatrician Dr. Kara Morita, ACES aba Therapy and more.

This event is free for all attendees, but sign up soon as seating is limited. Please be advised that there is no escalator or elevator access to the upper floor, and if possible we are requesting special consideration that attendees be over the age of 16. Seats must be reserved by April 16th.
